Daniel Poon is the sole proprietor of Daniel Poon & Co and has built a distinguished legal career spanning nearly four decades.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in March 1988. With 38 years of legal practice, Daniel has developed extensive expertise in handling road traffic accident claims and industrial accident claims, areas in which he continues to focus his practice today.
Daniel began his legal career as a litigation lawyer with Lee & Lee in 1988, where he gained valuable experience in dispute resolution and advocacy. In 1992, he joined Goh Poh & Partners as a Legal Assistant and was subsequently made a partner in 1994, reflecting his professional capabilities and commitment to client service.
On 1 May 2002, Daniel established Daniel Poon & Co, with the objective of providing dedicated and specialized legal representation in accident-related claims. Since founding the firm, he has continued to focus on road traffic and industrial accident matters, representing clients through complex claims processes and litigation proceedings with diligence, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the law.
