To facilitate a prompt assessment of your case, we kindly request that you prepare a brief chronology. Please bring relevant key documents such as your NRIC/Work Permit/ID card/Passport, Police report (https://www.police.gov.sg/E-Services/Lodge-Traffic-Accident-Report), motor accident statement (GIA report lodged with your vehicle's insurance company), photographic or video evidence and all medical documents obtained from the hospital/GP clinic i.e. discharge summary, invoices, medical leave certificates, etc.

During the initial meeting, our lawyer will evaluate the merits of your case and make a determination regarding its acceptance. If we decide to take on your case, there will be no consultation fee charged.

The duration of a case can vary widely depending on its nature and complexities. Typically, a case could take 6 months to 3 years, depending on the damages and severity of the injuries sustained as a result of an accident and whether the case goes to trial. These timelines are approximate and can vary based on individual circumstances, including jurisdiction, case specifics and co-operation between parties. We will do our best to provide you with a more accurate estimate during your initial consultation.

We will provide milestone updates on your case as necessary and you can be assured that we will seek your instructions on any matters that require your attention.
